Halleh was great to work with. She was so sweet from the very beginning. She listened to everything i had to say regarding my situation. She answered all of my questions throughly and made it a point to explain each step of the process so i would understand. She was timely and made sure we had everything in place so i was able to relocate. Highly recommend her.

I can't imagine going through a divorce without Halleh's legal expertise and guidance. My case went to trial for both the divorce and post-decree issues. While it's never ideal to have to go to court, rest assured that if you do, Halleh is a fierce adversary in the courtroom. Dealing with an Allocation of Parental Responsibilities (APR) case with my ex was one of the most trying and difficult times in my life. Halleh Omidi and her team were there for me every step of the way. My ex leveled numerous personal attacks and fabricated lots of wild allegations in order to limit my decision making rights and time with my kids. She also wanted an unfair amount of child support. Halleh patiently and skillfully countered each threat. She always made time to deal with each new problem as it came up with a high degree of expertise, professionalism, and constant toughness in negotiating with the other counsel. The outcome: I was able to keep my rights as a father (50/50 time and decision making), get a fair shake on child support (I pay nothing, only health insurance), and most importantly, my kids have their father. Halleh helped my with a contentious 2 year long divorce and I couldn’t be happier. One thing I’d like to express is that the divorce process is messy. It is so easy to lose yourself and go down a rabbit hole of mud slinging and angry unproductive behavior. I was on the receiving end of a lot of this type of hate mail and while opposing counsel encouraged it, Halleh refused to engage it. She always remained focused, factual, professional and elegant and she made sure I stayed the same. This was very important to me in this process because I have 2 children and I never wanted to behave in a way I was ever less than proud of. Halleh was also creative, intelligent, efficient and honest. Emails were answered in less than 24 hours. Her goal was to help me solve problems In the most efficient cost effective manner possible. For instance my ex was in contempt of course throughout the entire process and Halleh found ways to achieve our goals without actually having to take him back to court constantly. Plus she would tell me the truth and not just what I wanted to hear. She knew the law, knew what was right, and gave sound fair advice accordingly. After failed attempts to mediate we were forced to a trial. Halleh shined here as well. She was well prepared, articulate and quick. Her courtroom style was direct, concise and professional. She quickly cross examined a witness to expose her lies and it was impressive. If you have to go to trial, Halleh will serve you well. I very much recommend Halleh. She was a bright light in a truly awful divorce.

Halleh was exceptional to work with. She is incredibly knowledgable, genuinely helpful, and saved me tons of money by avoiding court. Through several motions (custody and support) I literally got everything I wanted and then some...I have a sound legal platform that I didn't have before. Halleh (pronounced Holly) was incredible when I was forced to retain counsel to address the fact my ex wasn’t providing me the necessary documentation to obtain a passport renewal for my son. During our initial consult, I explained what I was trying to achieve. Although she was taken aback I needed her assistance for such a simple matter, she immediately went to work. Within a short period of time, she issued the letter laying out the fact my ex could either provide the required documents or we would file a motion for relief with the Court. In order to incentivize his compliance, she noted that if we had to file a motion, we would ask the Court for an award of our attorney fees and costs. Shortly after receiving the letter, my ex provided the requisite documents. I cannot thank her enough for the time. Money well spent!
