No words can describe the ups and downs of the accident that has changed my life. I’m thankful to be working with Jake and Kristen. regardless of the constant worry of physical, mental and emotional effects, I’m certain I’ve caused unneeded stress when I called and emailed incessantly. However not 1 time throughout the duration of my case did I receive any disregard or disrespect from Jake or Kristen. They’ve kept me updated, they were patient with me, they’ve helped me through all of my treatments, even with some of my treatments that are ongoing.. Can’t really put into words my appreciation. All I can say is that if you need an Attorney who is direct, no sugar coating. Straight to the point; Jake is the guy! Kristen was always there to answer questions I had. I personally felt like I was irritating them. But I was NEVER treated in a way where I felt like a burden.
