I was in a bad car accident. I went to an urgent care for radiographs of my neck and shortly afterwards was in contact with Galperin & Associates. It was a long 2 years before my case closed but I couldn't have had a better experience. Kristen called and did check ups on me almost every week and would make sure there wasn't anything else I needed. They put me in contact with all the doctors, therapists, or specialist I needed for my care. Tony and Jake were extremely thorough and made sure I had the best resolution for my case. I would recommend them 10/10 to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation. Thank you for everything Galperin & Associates!

On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them an 11! To be honest, when I started with them I did not think there was anything they could do for me because American Family Insurance treated me so poorly. In my opinion, they are the worst insurance company. I was rear ended at a light and my car was totaled by a man in a truck with American Family Insurance. I was told by the collision company that my car was deemed non drivable because I had no brake lights or rear lights. Yes, another accident waiting to happen. American Family refused a rental for almost 4 weeks and just kept giving me a runaround. I was forced to drive my car because I had obligations. Then they had the audacity to try to put a time restriction on a rental I badly needed to shop for another vehicle. If that wasn’t bad enough, they tried offering me peanuts as a settlement, which never would have covered my doctor bills. I was forced to use my car insurance for med pay to see my doctor. Long story short, I contacted this attorney who fought hard for me. They are so professional, compassionate, and a delight to work with. I was so grateful for the settlement. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if so , I would not hesitate for a moment contacting them,, they are excellent.

Working with Aaron was great! They set up all our appointments with providers near us, the only thing we had to focus on was our treatment and getting better! Very friendly and helpful as well! Highly recommend!

Jake, and all of the attorneys at Galperin were incredibly kind and supportive during the time they were working my case. Jake really went to bat for me multiple times when there were snags from different agencies over the 2 years + of this experience. I felt protected and everything was taken care of by his actions and the actions of his team. I hadn’t experienced anything like this before, and having someone defending me as fiercely as Jake did was greatly appreciated and surprising. The practice has wonderful attentive staff. Towards the end of my case, I got to work with Gary (another attorney at the practice) and he put just as much care and attention into my case as Jake did. I will definitely keep some of Jake’s cards on me moving forward to pass along to others who might need his help, and if I’m ever in a situation where I might need his assistance again, he will be the first person I call.
