I have know Howard personally and professionally for over 20 years. He has handled all of my real estate transactions, including but not limited to, commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, permanent loan structures, etc. I have always valued Howard's legal knowledge, but more importantly, his personal integrity in making difficult legal decisions, even those where he would counsel me on making the proper business and legal decision.
