Mr. Jeff Wittebort was my attorney for my divorce. He did a great job! He is very realistic with what kind of settlement I could expect. He won't lie to you, telling you can get more than the judge is likely to award. He is tough, and that's what you want on your side in the court room. I also recommended him to a friend for a business case where the client refused to pay. He was able to fight for more money than she expected. She was pleased. I would recommend him again.

Jeff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and prompt when it came to legal advise. I had some last minute issues that Jeff was able to accommodate right away which was a tremendous relief. I was very pleased and happy with the reasonable charge and the fact that the communication with him was easy and simple. Thank you so much Jeff for your assistance!!!

I used this attorney for a domestic child abuse case and what a joke. He did not show up for our court hearing, leaving me to have to fight for myself - thank God I knew another attorney that could step in, even though he does nothing in domestic cases. Spent $5000 and got absolutely nothing out of it. Child is still with father 50%!! How do you lose a case like this?? Laziness, lack of compassion, and no ability to listen. He continuously thought I had a son (I have a daughter), could not remember what we talked about 10 minutes after spoken, and charged me for phone conversations in which 90% of the conversation he would ramble on about his own family situation. I absolutely DO NOT recommend using this "attorney".

I hired Mr. Jeff Wittebort for my divorce case and I was not at all pleased with him or his work!!! He is very arrogant and does not care at all for his clients well being and for there best Interest in what is a very hard and emotional time for most people, and are looking to hire an attorney that will provide the best representation during these matters! Mr. Jeff Wittebort could care less for other peoples needs or well being and his poor attitude says it all!! If you are seeking to hire a divorce/custody attorney to help you, please seek else where as this guy is not the at all someone you should hire or to trust with your case! I regret my poor descion in deciding to hire Mr. Jeff Wittebort and will never use him again for any type of case nor will I ever recommend him to anyone I know!!

I utilized this attorney in my divorce and it was a complete joke. After over a year he bailed on me two and a half weeks prior to permanent orders and I went in alone and got slaughtered. I would not use him for a traffic ticket! My divorce is being re-opened after my ex was just convicted of Perjury and Theft regarding items he claimed I had all throughout the divorce proceedings. Jeff Wittebort is NOT your man!
