We hired Matt's firm for a legal matter and I have to say after interviewing others attorneys I felt relieved that what he told us and how he was willing to work in our favor really meant a lot bot my wife and I. after we had our consultation with Matt we automatically knew we were going to have to find a way to work with him. He's really that good of a person and a straight shooter which is what I appreciated about his approach and his service. Great firm to work with!

Working with O'Brien Legal Services really put my mind at ease. Brad helped us buy a house that was never on the market so a Real Estate agent wasn't needed. Brad's knowledge and experience made us feel safe while dealing with this complicated real-estate transaction. I would use him again.

He didn't even give me the courtesy of returning the call...even if he couldn't help me perhaps he could have referred me to the appropriate person. But he didn't bother! Selling and Purchasing a home has proven to be one of the most stressful times in my life. Fortunately I have Brad watching my back for both processes. The first transaction that he reviewed for my attempted purchase, revealed that I was about to incur a charge of $1,500 that belonged to the seller. This gentleman has been worth his weight in gold to me from day one. Next, my Real Estate Agent was pressing me for a quick turn around on a Sunday evening. I apologized to Brad when I sent my document, and advised that I didn't expect his quick response. Yet to my surprise, he sensed my tension, and delivered for me the same evening. Seems to me as though he pulls out all of the stops each time I reach out to him. He feels like a big brother watching out for me on a dangerous playground. At present he is protecting me in my role as seller with the same excellent service. Recently I became frustrated with the lack of speed in the process, and decided to hurry it along. Fortunately, I shared my intentions with him before I acted. As a result, he protected me from myself and likely saved me around $4,000-$5,000. Thirty four (34) years ago I purchased my first home, and had an attorney with me then to my great benefit. So no one needed to convince me of the value of having an attorney in on a real estate deal. But with Brad I hit the jackpot. I don't know if he is the best in this town. I do know that I sleep sound at night because he has my back.. If you seek peace of mind in a real estate transaction, give him a call, you won't be disappointed.
