I found that the three to four attorneys I ended up working with on weremy case fairly pleasant. However, I was a little concerned that my case was not handled with the same care as a larger dollar case. Although my case was fairly simple in nature I found myself having to call in to get status updates and often no one knew what was going on and/or did not respond in a reasonable time frame. I also feel that my case didn't get the same attention initially that it deserved and therefore my claim was not given the attention that it should have. At this point I can't say whether or not I would refer McDivitt to family or friends. Quite disappointed.

For anyone who needs legal assistance for auto accidents they are the ones to reach out to!! They helped me out so much, I’m glad I contacted them. Thank you so much to Mcdivitt Law firm! Totally recommend!
