Dear Carolin, I am a paying client of yours. You didnt know the answer to an HVAC issue, and you said you were going to ask a friend about a month ago. Also you needed to write a letter for me, which you said you could do weeks ago. I have tried texting, emailing, and calling you many times, but get no response. This is the same as a couple months ago - where I literally resorted to groveling over text messages ("please please please help me" I wrote) until you finally replied. I don't understand why do you do this? I pay you for your services. It isn't nice. Can you please help me? And to anyone reading this considering Carolin's services - she is nice... if you can talk to her, which doesn't happen much. You may be better off ignoring your issue (just eating the cost) rather than dealing with the added frustration of a nonresponsive helper like this.

Carolin is very knowledgeable, courteous, and super friendly. I found working with her to be very easy and comfortable. She reviewed my car thoroughly and provided excellent legal advice and service. I was completely satisfied with the results of my case. Even after my case was closed, Carolin was available to me for minor legal advice. I really appreciate the fact she is willing to talk and give advice as needed to her clients. Her guidance and help has helped me a few times since closing my case. I totally endorse Carolin and would with out doubt refer anyone with legal needs to her.

Having an event compromised by an individual who violates the terms and conditions of a contract is not fun. Ms. Topelson perused our complaint through a long legal process until we were successful in collecting the funds owed us. We highly recommend her.

While my timeline was outside of Ms. Topelson's ability to help she was the only attorney to return my call, listen to my problem...and that took her some time, found me another attorney to help me...all outside of my expectations. I fund her bright, patient, and professional. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Its rare these days to find someone who actually listens and I was extremely impressed as to the lengths she went to find me assistance.

What do you say when someone has impressed you? Frankly, I feel you'd be more than safe using whatever expression that is in regards to Carolin. Within recent time I found myself in the need of legal services when an incident occurred that harmed my family. I was worried of course and wasn't sure what to do. In my search for an attorney, I turned to Carolin who had been recommend to me from another attorney with a glowing recommendation. I haven't been disappointed. She is so well organized and a step ahead compared to other attorneys I've known over the years that I actually felt better dealing with the stress of the situation that required legal services. This happened after seeing Carolin in court. Every time the Judge asked a question she was prepared for it, fact, figures, everything. Like I said earlier, I was impressed. Over the time of the case whenever I had a question, she was right there. Carolin always had an answer and options to help and was glad to explain the information from the paperwork and advise me of the Law in regards to my situation. I was also always informed of what was currently happening with my case so I didn't have to worry. In short, Carolin Topelson earned my Trust. I can't give a better recommendation than to say she is my attorney of choice.
