As a man in the state of Colorado going through a gnarly divorce with a spiteful EX can be extremely tough and disheartening. I hired Emily right around the start of the pandemic which was also super stressful she got me everything I needed in my divorce made sure everything was handled appropriately and fairly and also worked with me on payment five stars couldn't have asked for a better attorney

Emily was able to get all allegations dismissed. She quickly examined all the evidence, and was able to show the District Attorney that the witnesses interviewed by the police and forensics supported my version of events. She is very thorough, and was able to identify additional evidence that had been lost, and that my rights had been violated during arrest. She restored my belief in justice. I was told by several other attorneys to take a plea deal, that it would be impossible to have the evidence introduced that I needed to assert my defense, that I would need a miracle to have the charges dismissed. I must conclude she is a miracle worker. She is also compassionate; I was in fact the victim in my case, and her kindness and understanding of the trauma of not only being falsely accused, and the trauma of being injured, and seeing harm come to my child, but through the recovery from my injuries was a balm. She worked weekends and late at night when needed to get the job done. Upon getting all charges dismissed, she then assisted with getting my case sealed so that this would not impact my future. She is not only fierce, but cunning. Her courage is inspiring. She is eloquent. I hope I never again need her assistance, but cannot imagine facing anything like that again without her.
