Excellent experience, I was always kept up to date on my case. If I had any issues or questions they took care of them immediately. My attorney Tom & team were very professional and understanding, I was always included on decisions with my case. I would definitely refer them to anyone I know in the future, and use them again.

I was the victim of a drunk driver (going the wrong way down 20th, he was speeding while blitzed). I contacted McDivitt since I grew up in Colorado Springs and knew how good they were down there. They have offices in Denver and Aurora and I picked the LoDo office. My assigned attorney, Leah Garrett was so completely professional, courteous, and kind, that I would recommend her (and McDivitt) to anyone I know or trust. She also got me a whopping 50% more than I was expecting in my settlement. The receptionist at the LoDo office is also great (sooo friendly) and she hands out parking vouchers that you can use to park right next door in the garage for free. My original attorney at McDivitt, Tom Dwyer, was also great. (Once things start heading toward litigation without a settlement, the litigator--in my case, Leah--takes over from the settlement specialist--mine was Tom.) They are all very professional and effective; they have earned my respect, gratitude and recommendation.

I found that the three to four attorneys I ended up working with on weremy case fairly pleasant. However, I was a little concerned that my case was not handled with the same care as a larger dollar case. Although my case was fairly simple in nature I found myself having to call in to get status updates and often no one knew what was going on and/or did not respond in a reasonable time frame. I also feel that my case didn't get the same attention initially that it deserved and therefore my claim was not given the attention that it should have. At this point I can't say whether or not I would refer McDivitt to family or friends. Quite disappointed.
