Don’t waste your time here like I did. I am convinced the reviews on this law office are fabricated. There was no communication, no understanding, and no sense of urgency. And, you will NEVER speak with an actual attorney. By the time I figured this out it was too late to hire someone else. Months went by with no updates. When I called, I was told to communicate via email. I sent countless emails and every time was advised ‘we are waiting on medical records’. I reached out to my physician, and lo and behold they hadn’t received not one request or phone call. I had to get things going for myself for there to be any movement on my case. The poor negotiation of my settlement was another sad situation. These folks want 30% of your money but won’t even do 30% of their job. Please save yourself a headache and call elsewhere. I’m not sure how this firm has a 4.9 star rating. Definitely 2 stars at best.

Joe Henriksen was awesome! Great communicator and had total control of the court from the start. Very knowledgeable and passionate with his clients. Even the judge was smiling at him when he had the floor.
