The collection of details for my case took forever, Tony stuck with me and communicated regularly. It was a pleasure knowing I could contact him and always know what was happening. I highly recommend Tony Tracy and would use him and McDivitt again.

Had a case going for almost 18 months and the lawyer we were using either quit, left or got fired then all of our evidence was lost and the case was dropped leaving me responsible for all of the medical debt occurred in that time frame. Beyond disgusted with this law firm. Would not recommend to anyone.

Kelsey was more than willing to go out of her way to do what needed done. She was open and honest and spent the time with me necessary to walk me through a difficult situation. She was always positive! The only negative I can give her is that she was rarely early to a meeting or appearance. She was often on time and a few times a little late but there could have been a lot of issues, traffic or such, that caused this and it's just a pet peeve of mine so I'm probably being over critical on this point. All in all, I intend to keep in touch with Kelsey and continue to utilize her expertise in the future as necessary.

Seemed like a good law firm off start, but the more time that pasted the more I didn't think so. Towards the end of the case there were multiple things that they didn't consider into the value of my case. If I never went and talked to a different lawyer I would of never known either. I'm sure this won't be with everyone.

Ms, Berkley meticulously went through all the evidence in my case and discovered multiple issues. Kelsey's in depth knowledge of law and the procedures of the judicial system were paramount to my defense. As a result of Ms. Berkeley’s relentless pursuit of justice, my case was dismissed, records sealed and my professional license was preserved. You never want to need a criminal defense attorney but in the unfortunate case you do, you'll be glad to know Kelsey. I found Kelsey in a moment of panic and I'm forever grateful that she made the time to speak with me and in that short 10 minute phone call she gave me clear, concise advice and set my mind at ease. I had recently been arrested and was working with an attorney that my family found but we knew nothing about. He was unresponsive, made promises that he didn't keep and left me with more questions than answers.
