When we lacked certain documents, they went above and beyond to locate alternatives. For example, my paternal grandmother was born on a farm in Colorado, and her birth was never registered. The team conducted extensive research, searching Catholic churches near the farm and local towns, ultimately discovering baptismal records that could substitute for a birth certificate. This level of dedication and resourcefulness was remarkable. The associates also assisted my daughter in obtaining birth certificates for her two sons.
