I was able to reach Mr. Casebolt directly on his cell phone and he was gracious enough to listen to my entire situation while providing his own insight into the civil litigation process. His level of accessibility and attentiveness was extremely impressive. I appreciated his time and effort.

Consulted Matt on a dispute with our landlord, and then engaged him on the strength of that first interaction. He has significant litigation experience and used that experience to give us a very clear picture of the pros and cons of the various outcomes (i.e. whether to go to court or attempt to settle). Throughout the whole case, there were a number of times when he clearly put our interests first, when he could have easily racked up more billable hours by stringing the matter out. I found him to be highly competent - but what I appreciated most was his willingness to give blunt advice about the various decisions we had to make. His fees were quite reasonable, too - no "padding" on the invoice. All in all, hiring him was the best decision we made in this matter. Highly recommended!

In a very complicated probate case, Matt answered a question I posted. Based on his answer, I reached out to him hoping he might give me additional time to discuss other areas of my case. Ordinarily (and rightfully) he does not give his time away, however, he generously allowed me a phone conversation for a brief period of time to discuss my scenario. He was very knowledgeable to the issues at hand and very professional. His recommendation regarding the course of action I take next gave me some peace of mind that I do have legal cause of concern and that I haven't placed myself in a situation of no return ...yet. In effort to seek for a better suited attorney, he generously provided a resource for me to research and didn't leave me feeling like I was still stuck. I really appreciate his forthrightness and his ability to quickly understand what is meant - even when the words are being used incorrectly (in legal language). I would highly recommend Matt.

Matt was very informative and friendly. He gave good advice that was practical and easy to follow.

After a google search trying to figure out how to resolve an issue, I was lead to a response Mr. Casebolt made on another question. He took my call on his personal cell phone after normal business hours, and although his area of expertise was outside of my specific need, he took interest in helping me find a solution. After a short amount of time, I got a better understanding of the direction I needed to move towards including a few specific resources and most importantly hope. To put it into perspective, I was at a loss for what I could do and thought there was no chance of ever finding a resolution to something that has been a thorn in my side for a long. If Matt could do that for someone who had an issue he wasn't specifically practicing in, I can only imagine the rock star level of representation he provides to clients in his main field of practice. This is actually the second time that I have consulted with Matt regarding a legal issue. Last year I hired him to manage a real estate transaction dispute which was ultimately resolved and met my best case scenario in terms of results. More recently, I consulted with Matt regarding a landlord-tenant dispute. He did a fantastic job at assessing our situation, providing us with all of the potential courses of action and related financial implications, and asks all of the questions that I hadn't thought of. His expertise and preparation is unparalleled with any other professional I've ever worked with. In both occasions, after working with Matt, I have felt very confident that I have the correct information, understand my rights, and my potential options for litigation. Getting all of the facts and taking the emotional / moral arguments out of the disputes has been absolutely key, and Matt is great at drilling down and getting me focused on the details and reality of the case / situation, and providing me with a plan to move forward that meets my goals -- which are to resolve disputes as fairly as possible and prevent or limit my financial damages. Mr. Casebolt simply answered one of my questions on here, but he did such a great job. Offered advice and was very straightforward. He didn't beat around the bush and helped me figure out my best options. Also, he didn't try to promote anything like a lot of people do.
