The lawyers at Mc Divitt are wonderful!!!! They made the process of needing them after my auto accident very easy. they kept me informed on everything that was going on with my case. I`d recommend Mc Divitt to anyone who needs a lawyer!!!

Update: 7/23/17 watch Aaron, he intended to ruin my future. And he did it intentionally. And now, we are at certain point in my case they feel like they can't help me, so he just walked away. And that was per David McDivitt. I just got off the phone with them right now. And pretty much let me go said they were stepping aside because there's nothing they can do for me. Beware, I thought they were on my side the whole time. Guess not!! Well, over a year of wasted time. SMH.

I rated the McDivitt Law Firm Five Stars because they first walked me through the process of dealing with an insurance company which offered an insulting settlement to me when I was doing it myself to recover for an auto accident. They proceeded to put together a case so strong that the insurance company paid policy limits and my insurance company paid on my uninsured/underinsured coverage. I really appreciate the firm's professionalism in representing me

Unfortunately, I did not have the same positive experience the other 12 reviewers. I used their online chat platform and asked if I could know my options as a passenger of a vehicle that was hit, but went unreported. The attendant was very pushy in getting information that one would need to sue the individual. I am looking to be a decent human being and understand my options to get my injury paid for through the insurance company first and only resort to filing a lawsuit as a last case scenario. They were too interested in the money and when I wasn't ready to file a lawsuit right then and there, they disconnected the conversation. I just wanted to feel like my lawyers understood my real concerns.

I'd like to stop and write a few words to my lawyer she was the greatest lawyer I've ever hired to get my problems handled. Very trustworthy. Very serious takes action on the case. I would definitely recommend anyone with a difficult situation to take her into consideration. Thank you so so much. Any issue I cant solve on my own I will definitely hire her again.

Great firm. Kristen Becker has been and continues to be so good to me during my case. Throughout my time with Mcdivitt she continues to stand up for me and does whatever she can to fight the insurance company. Her interpersonal skills are 10 stars. Paige Gleason is an amazing attorney. She has been a huge help with my case, very attentive, patient, and understanding throughout the whole process.
