I was nervous didnt know what i should do. but then i called Amy law office. after talking to them, they made me feeling better. its nice to know they had my back in this time of need. And i want to thank Glen you are the best.

This is a tough review to write because I have mixed feelings so I will stick to the facts. Pros: They got me more money for my work comp case than I expected. A lot more. The flip side to this is, the increased amount wasnt due to stellar attorney actions but rather my gross underestimate of the value of my claim. I wish they would have corrected my gross underestimate as I had communicated it to them, however that is a small complaint overall. Cons: 1 My original attorney quit without notice, I learned about it several weeks later after many phone calls and emails. It then took several more weeks for them to hire a replacement, all the time I was in the dark. 2 I went to their office explaining in 45 days I was moving out of state and my top priority was keeping medical coverage. Assured for 45 days this wasn't an issue, I moved only to be told in March medical would cease due to my relocation out of Denver. 3 my second attorney is virtually fully impaired on the technology side. To the point I was told by the assistant he cannot check his own voicemail or emails. This caused a ton of issues. 4. The attorney, even to today during our call when he mailed my check has no details or understanding of my case, even in broad strokes such as who was my employer, what industry they are in or how many vehicles were in the accident. He asked me on the phone "my boss informed me you terminated us for the other law suits, why is that?" Aside from the above reasons, when I spoke to my attorney 2 weeks ago he said he could not take the case due to some reason, ultimately the case being invalid for suit. I find this difficult to believe as my new attorney seea no issue and had zero hesitation taking the case got me medical coverage in my new state of residence. 5 I started receiving collection calls and mail for medical bills as the work comp claim number was wrong. This started 3 weeks after supplying them with the bills via email. It was a sad moment when I realized they may be doing more harm than good. I see stellar reviews from people regarding this firm, however I feel those are posted prior to their staffing change up. I would strongly advise you save yourself a ton of future headache and make another selection. I hired levine law to take over and William has been nothing but attentive and true to his word and things are done when he says they will be. I understand staffing issues, however getting 2 months of bad advice, weeks in the dark with no attorney, costing me my medical coverage, threats of medical bills I'm not responsible for potentially going to my credit and on top of that charging me 20% seems ridiculous to me. Side note, if you do switch attorneys offices it will take them weeks to send over your file to the new law office.
