I came to McDivitt because I was hit by a driver whose car insurance was refusing to cover the damage to my car, because she was driving someone else's car. All I wanted was my car fixed, the damage was fairly minor. In the end, Tony was able to not only get them to fix my car, but due to the fact that the car she was driving had no insurance, her company had to pay policy limits!
