I was not overly happy with the final settlement as I felt pressured to take the amount offered by the Defendant. It did not seem that Mr. Kotler wanted to go to court, and given my years of legal experience, I was not going to court with an attorney who didn’t seem to want to advocate very strongly for me. In light of that, I now must live with a permanent injury that I have to pay for myself, less the settlement, if I want to be made whole again.
