I hired Kyle Sawyer to represent me after, in my opinion, I had been way over-charged by a local county police officer. I was facing a large fine along with significant probation time or possibly even jail time. I called the O'Malley Law Office and they suggested I meet with attorney Kyle Sawyer. He was very kind and patient and listened to my explanation of what had happened during a freak car accident. He never made any promises but he said he would do his best to have the charges dismissed. The end result was that the judge DID dismiss the harsher charge and I did plead guilty to a MUCH smaller charge - my only punishment was to attend a defensive driving class (which I did). I would highly recommend Kyle Sawyer at The O'Malley Law Office. Their rates were fair and I knew ahead of time what I would be paying. They deserve a five star rating in my honest opinion!

As a fellow attorney I have worked with Amy and her Firm for many years on personal injury cases. The Attorneys there have excellent expertise in Auto, Slip and Fall, and Worker's Compensation cases. And they don't hesitate to file litigation and challenge the insurance company's passive attitude toward a Client's claim.
