I went to the Gaienne Law Firm with my injury case. When the insurance company refused to settle, the Gaienne Law Firm dropped me as a client, I think it's because the litigators at the Gaienne Law Firm considered my $18000 case too small to actually go to court with and not worth their while, when at the beginning I was told that I had a good case. I feel abandoned by The Gaienne Law Firm and do not recommend them.

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with Jason Gardner. I had been served with a Civil Protection Order by a person who I knew would go into court and tell lies. I immediately realized I needed competent, aggressive representation to get in the trenches and fight for me. I was put in contact with Mr. Garder, and after a short interview, I knew I had the right attorney. Mr. Gardner's resume was impressive, but what stood out to me in the beginning and all throughout my ordeal was that he sincerely cared about my situation. I wasn't just a number or a paycheck. He spent time explaining his thoughts and suggestions on how we should proceed. His knowledge and competence in every aspect of the case was outstanding. Mr. Gardner will be my first phone call for anything legal, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for legal advise.
