I just have to say that the Colorado Legal Defense Group law office is amazing, especially Megan Majewski. I have received my full pardon from the State Governor because of the professionalism and dedication she has given. Absolute thanks to Megan, my cases are now sealed in both Las Vegas and Colorado. She has guided and directed me through my legal process with significant effect and assurance. I would genuinely recommend the CLDG for anyone who is in rehabilitation of their life, and who wants professional legal counsel to guide them through the legal system. I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. Attorneys do not communicate with clients, and they laugh at you when you ask questions. Biggest waste of money and possibly the biggest mistake i have ever made in my adult life hiring this firm. Unprofessional, Rude, And they dont listen. I had to fire these people before my court date because they cannot do the bare minimum... my case is probably the easiest open and shut case for dismissal an attorney could ever ask for and i already feel they are doing whatever it takes to drag it out as long as possible. Extremely unhappy with the way i was handled. Diane was very informative and professional but other than her the rest of the staff were very unprofessional and unwilling to help. I wouldnt hire these people for a speeding ticket let alone a False accusation that could end up putting me in jail for 18 months. They have no problem collecting thousands of dollars from you but cant even show up to court or communicate they wont be there until the day of. Whoever was working on my case should not be working with the public. I wouldnt hire this firm again or reccomend to anyone.

I had a great experience with my lawyer Conor Stewartson and the paralegal Diane Barrera. As soon as I got into my predicament and put in an inquiry they were on the phone with me going over the case. Communication was stellar. Questions were answered efficiently and whenever I had them. Availability, timeliness and reassurance is key for me and they were on it! I highly recommend Mr. Stewartson and his team.

Update, Conor Stewartson told me that they would work with me on payments and allow me to pay when I can, then told me they don’t do payments after I was $4000 in the hole then messages me at 10:45 pm telling me that I need to pay in full or they would drop my case on the 9th. I have since paid another $3,000 and am not even getting a response now. They will gaslight and ignore you then try to blame you. I have text message proof of most my claims and rather then fix the problem he put the blame on me and continues to not do his job. Already posted on here previously “Silly me, for thinking that this defense team could pick up the slack and fix the previous issues we were having. Now I’m stuck with an incompetent lawyer that has failed to answer questions and failed give me almost anything I have asked for. Has been completely unhelpful and disregards your concerns. Do not use this law firm, as I am currently stuck working with a clueless individual while he is billing me for things he has not completed. Maybe he’ll figure out how to do some of his job soon and actually help me. Until then I’m relying on this man to defend me in court while he has shown to be incapable to even answer simple messages and questions. But will charge you for them. Will also be filing a claim with the BBB. Update… they are now telling me that they will pull out of my case come the 9th unless they recieve a payment. All after not doing anything I have asked for and charging me for things he did not do! This law firm is crooked and will back you into a corner and then bail on you. I’m a family friend that’s was referred to this group, what do you think they’ll do to you!
