Write a Review, Google freely offers, Colorado Legal Defense Group, of which David Kohlmeier assigned Attorney Melissa Garscin to me…well, offer graciously accepted and enthusiastically provided; here it is, so hold onto your “But’s,” and prepare to gasp… Melissa Garscin did of her own free will contact me with a promise of legitimate Defensive Legal Representation, assuring me that she would get a false charge of careless driving dismissed from the court. And upon my confiding in her the circumstances both extenuating and surrounding my case, provided me an email address with which to share with her my documentation and records proving beyond doubt more than two full years of SLAPP practices, HIPPA violations and Actual Malice Under Color of Law. But then, again of her own free will and upon receiving with confidence my need of and desire to file suit against Farmer’s Insurance and Permanent General Assurance of Ohio for actions of Insurance Fraud, Bad Faith and Unfair Dealings, provided me with an invalid email address, a phone number that has since been disconnected, and false information pertaining to hers, or someone in affiliation thereof, Deprivation of Arraignment Hearing on Oct 27, 2016, when she stated that while the docket does indeed confirm that my arraignment hearing had been altered to a Pretrial Readiness Hearing rescheduled 11/29/16, without my consent or presence in an open court hearing, was merely a misnomer resulting from the in-progress relocation of the Greeley Municipal Court. She then stated to me, after expressing my concerns over possibly yet another wrongful arrest due to Actual Malice and the deliberate Mistake of Fact regarding the mis-identification of myself with an individual of similar name, Zachary Scott Freeman that no active warrants or actions had been taken to secure my detainment. However, after performing an active warrant search of my own following this correspondence I found than in actuality there was a warrant for Zachary Scott Freeman for which I presume my presence as originally required on the summons and for which I was advised to appear by Melissa, had been concealed in an attempt to imprison me; retaliation for my non-violent-literary resistance of Judicial Abuse and exploitation. I, in a consistent pattern of self defense, forwarded a photocopy of said warrant to every email link in the chain of command concern this currant false charge which, finally and for the first time, prevented my wrongful arrest due to Mistake of Fact. And now I, having no choice but defend myself in a trial hearing and with no alternative but perform my own investigations, have been threatened by officers of the Greeley Police Dept. with new false charges for making inquiries directly connected to my case. Thank you so for much for your involvement, however direct or indirect in may have been, Melissa and David. In conclusion of my review and opinion I say this; if an accusation of slander or defamation of character against me is pursued with litigation based on what factual evidence I have in my possession or stemming from theories based on habitual personal experiences and repeated thoughtful observations, I am ready, willing and able to face you with challenge, regardless of the acquisition of defense attorney, in any open court of law wherein my Rights to Equal Justice, Equal Protection and a Fair Hearing are acknowledged and adhered to (so anywhere other than the state of Colorado.) I , Zachary Ian Freeman, swear under penalty of perjury that this review, it’s statements and allegations, are truthful and accurate to the best of my knowledge and ability and is backed with my accumulation of authentic and un-authentic documentation issued to me by numerous judicial, commissionaire and state officials of Colorado. Thank you to Michael Becker and his staff, I called because I had questions regarding my nephews case, I seen that Mr. Becker is licensed in California, Nevada and Colorado. I called and was forwarded to the receptionist karina, I told her that I needed help and that I would like to speak to Michael Becker she informed me that he was with a client, she said that she would try to get him to call me back but that he was busy at the moment. About 20 minutes later i get a phone call from Michael Becker himself, he was very helpful and even looked up my nephews information as we talked on the phone. He plans to go and see my nephew soon, hopefully he can help our family but thank you for calling me back Mr. Becker.
