We needed a quick answer as to whether a citation from years ago would show up in a background check, after getting confusing info from the police dept. Jason Ross replied very quickly and told me exactly what info I needed to gather and send to him. When I did that an hour later, he again responded by reviewing and calling me back almost immediately. He talked us through the whole situation, explaining terms and the implications of each and offering guidance on how to answer questions on an application. He was calming, down to earth, and non-judgmental and offered to help with any follow up questions, if others came up.
