Chloe was my attorney who took over my case for a short time. She is a great communicator, always prompt when returning text messages. She made sure my questions were addressed and explained to me all the details regarding my case and what to expect when I saw the judge. I would highly recommend Chloe she is awesome! I am happy I got to work with her.

The initial call with this group gave me good hopes for my case. However Chloe did not tell me about the plea negotiation with the DA until after she made the deal. I felt like I had no voice during the whole case. She also gave me very vague or brief answers to my questions in person and through text. Chloe gave me the impression she put up little to no fight in the plea. The DA got his way because Judge Sells is a "prosecutor friendly" judge as told to me by this law firm and others. I give her a 3 because I was not given any jail time. If she had been more responsive and given me more in depth information about my inquiries and made me feel like my voice was being heard I would have rated her higher.

Wow! I really love that I was verbally abused and manipulated by the amazing Mark T. Savoy! I loved his unprofessional language towards me and how he assumed I was too poor to afford his retainer fees! Oh, it was also cool to be told I'm not working on myself as a human being and that he repeatedly called and texted after I hung up on him AND blocked him! This was SUCH an amazing experience, I filed a complaint with the OARC, (regulatory counsel)! The investigator, Catherine Shea, stated that Mr. Savoy's conduct WAS unethical, but ALSO that the counsel won't be taking any actions to hold him accountable. I even spent money on a flash drive to submit the recorded phone conversation, and that wasn't considered "clear and convincing evidence." There is a larger issue of government corruption as a whole so I cannot say I'm surprised. This is all so delightful after a long day of trying to survive! I'm sure other lawyers with this firm are equally wonderful to work with, but this was my personal experience. I'm sure Mr. Savoy is aware of the complaint and I want to share it with other potential clients. I have audio evidence to prove my claims. I just want to remember it forever!
