The Bayas Firm was really great to work with and I would recommend their services. I really needed someone to take the load of my plate and offer professional advice and services. Really felt like they cared about me from initial consultation, onboarding, lead investigator and throughout the process. Ms. Bayas was personable, informative and seemed to really care about me and my case. She helped me with a vehicle that fell under lemon law in Colorado and I felt like she showed empathy while handling my case. My son bought his first car and had nothing but problems with it. It spent more time in the shop than he drove it. The dealer sold him a warranty but yet still tried to charge him a "discounted" 50% rate to do repairs. Then the warranty company cancelled his policy all together saying there were after market upgrades. Raina new their games and insisted they make his purchase right. She insisted they not only fix the car with new parts but also provided a loaner car until it was fixed. Raina knows the law and took charge of the situation. If you have problems with a used car purchase call her immediately! She explained what can and can't be done and took time to make sure we knew what could happen. Her rates are reasonable and she cares about the people she represents.

What a great experience! I had a rather complicated automotive issue; Attorney Bayas took the time to understand. She even informed me of cost free resolutions that I had not thought of. I would definitely recommend. Make the call, procrastinating wont fix your problems!!!

I called for some information on my Ford recall and they were very helpful- suggesting that I wait before taking a leap to hire them. They spent a good amount of time with me as well. In the end, they were correct as my case became a class action suit. I would have used them in a second due to all of their efforts and honesty.
