The best experience ever- I was involved in a minor collision but needed transported to the hospital and had medical bills. All I wanted was for the insurance company to pay for the repair and medical bills. Well if you are reading here you know it isn't that easy... To make a long wonderful story short Amanda took my case along with the rest of the team like it was the only one they had- First they made sure I was physically okay (Thank you DR Ron) then they managed to get all the bills and repairs paid and some extra. They took over and said "Let us go to work" and they did!! Big Thank you

I posted a question on Justia.com asking why most lawyers turn down medical malpractice/wrongful death/negligence cases just because they may be complicated. I was so frustrated because every attorney that I spoke with turned my case down. It had to do with the death of my father in August of 2017. Long story but, after I posted that, I received a call the next day from Amanda Francis expressing her condolences and offering to take a review of my case. She expressed true genuine interest and true empathy to my pain and heartbreak. She's currently taking the time to go through thousands of pages of medical records just to evaluate the situation. I had to leave this review because even if she comes back and tells me that there just isn't a way due to xyz, I'm ok with that and I would trust her opinion because she actually cared. For that warmth and caring, I give this law firm 5 stars as there is no doubt in my mind that anyone who had a case would be represented to the fullest. Keith Fuicelli and Amanda Francis did a superb job legally representing me after my traffic accident. I want to share my experience working with two wonderful attorneys, Keith Fuicelli and Amanda Francis. I hope this helps others make an informed decision about who to turn to for help if suffering from a personal injury. I was involved in a car accident over five years ago. I was injured with both a whiplash and concussion. Within 24 hours, the at fault driver’s insurance company began calling to request a statement from me. At the time, I was not able to provide a statement due to my injuries. After the third call, my husband and I decided to hire an attorney. We had no idea the process would be ongoing over the course of five years. Two years following my accident, my injuries were properly diagnosed. I suffer from vestibular, brain stem and upper cervical spine injuries. My cognition has also been affected. I am a wife, mother of two children and was a professional Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a counseling practice. Due to these injuries I have not been able to work in any capacity. These injuries have diminished my involvement with family and friends. I cannot pursue my hobbies and volunteer interests. I have been receiving medical treatments weekly for over five years.
