We had a very tough case. Everyone we worked with at Fucelli & Lee was amazing. They took the stress, fear, and all that comes with it after an accident and handled it all. I was kept informed on a constant basis and if I had questions they were answered right away. I hope to never be in another accident but if I am I will call them again.

John truly helped advocate for my wishes in the dispute, even when it meant not pursuing more possible money. He was both caring and a skilled negotiator. He and the firm were always responsive and timely in case updates or questions. In terms of legal cases, the entire matter was handled relatively quickly. If I ever had another issue, I’d go back to them! : )

What a wonderful approach. At the time of my accident Keith recommended to focus on healing, not on money. He directed me to resources to promote healing. He obtained all the funds available that covered my medical expenses with funds left over to cover my time off work. I don't know about you, but I wanted to get well... not live the rest of my disabled. Sure appreciated his challenge stay focused with that being the end goal.

I wouldn't recommend Jess to anyone. She's was rude to me. She refused to answer any of my questions about her being able to meet me closer to my home since I cannot drive or walk and my doctor has given me a prescription stating I can not carry my baby onto a bus. I hadn't even signed a contract with her and she was demanding to see all my doctor's records. She complained to me about having a high case load after we had already talked 3 times. She tried rushing me into sign a contract with her during our first conversation and then all of a sudden she doesn't have time for me? When I told her I would not be taking my case to her she proceeded to try and down grade me.

I could not have been happier with my attorney Keith Fuicelli and case manager Jesse McGee. After my terrible accident, they were not only responsive and skilled during settlement negotiations, but also extremely supportive during my long recovery. I never felt rushed or pressured and always knew they were working in my best interest at all times.
