When viewing the advertisements, via commercials, billboards, etc, you might not be sure, what to expect. But honestly, their process, structure, organization, team, support and tactics are way more advanced than anticipated. They've managed to keep me updated on my own case, with their occasional check in. Literally a complete team DOING so that I don't have to.
