Casey had incredible patience and compassion as he helped us through this unbelievably stressful process. My case was complicated because it involved 2 different counties and 2 different courts, so he had to work double hard for me. He understood that I suffered from PTSD which made things extremely difficult. He did absolutely everything to help us through this process and got us the best resolution possible. He is very knowledgeable, great communicator, organized, and a wonderful person.

Casey helped me resolve 3 outstanding warrants that had turned into a bad situation because they were not dealt with while I was ill. Monte Robbins helped me recently with a complicated DUI case that involved a prior offense. I wasn't sure how to handle the situation and I was happy that Monte agreed to take my case. He came up with a strategy that at first, I wasn't sure about. I followed his directions to a tee and in the end, I ended up getting my charges reduced to DWAI with a fairly light sentence! In my situation, the courts technically could have put me in jail. Monte expertly worked with the Judge, the DA, and my Evaluator. Sticking to his strategy and following his directions exactly saved the day for me. Monte was very good in court. On the day of my sentencing, things started to get complicated, but he handled the situation perfectly! I strongly recommend Monte Robbins!!

While in Colorado, from Nebraska, my husband had a traffic stop with charges. We called Monte Robbins on a Sunday and he called back and started on his case right away. I found Casey at a time when I felt hopeless. I had never been in trouble before and I was in a situation that felt very unfair. Never having been in trouble before I had no idea what I was doing or how the legal system worked. Casey took ample time to fully explain everything to me and never made me feel dumb. He instead had extreme sympathy for me, always stayed in contact with me and answered any questions I had, no matter how small. I walked in with something I thought was going to linger with me and affect my future for quite some time. Affect my career, my lifestyle, my desire to move. At the end of the day though, I walked away with what I would consider nothing. ($150 fine) My case was in regards to a driving while suspended and speeding ticket - both of which were dropped.
