Jones Law Firm listened to me. From the first person that answered the phone to the billing department. These people are beautiful and professional and fiercely intelligent. My team Knicky, Rachael and Nickisha, were the finest representation of council I could ever have asked for. Knicky is an amazing attorney that understands the law and was masterful in articulating the effect that had on my case. Rachael is the kind of paralegal that handles everything timely and efficiently. She gets things done, and made sure I was informed. Nickisha is simply grace and compassion, and reason, one of those women on my journey that I will never forget and will always be grateful for her kindness. Jimena was amazing during my case ! And gave the best advice and guided me through everything, keyshla was also lovely and was always quick with answering my emails! They did great work and helped me win my case. I was able to gain more rights and time with my son. Patrick and Racheal were a great team and explained everything thoroughly to me to help me understand exactly how everything would happen and they knew exactly what to do and how to do it effectively.

My experience with this law firm, particularly with Sarah Kroll and her paralegal Maggie, was extremely disappointing. While I understand that lawyers often have heavy caseloads, I expected more care in the assignment of counsel for my case. The guidance I received during crucial hearings was inadequate, leading to unnecessary stress and additional costs. What's more, the firm went through $25,000 in just three months, and we hadn't even reached the mediation stage. I also received several documents containing errors that needed correction, raising questions about the firm's attention to detail. These oversights further confirm my impression that the level of effort put into my case was lackluster at best. Going through a divorce is already a challenging process, but the added stress from inadequate representation was disheartening. I believe there are more effective and attentive legal services available elsewhere, and I would advise considering alternative options.

I recently used this law firm and they did nothing for me and my son all they did was take our money . I did a better job on my own . Using them just cost me alot of money and pain . Look else where for family attorneys if you are a person of color or lower income its not worth it . They prey on your issues not help trust me !!

I will not recommend. They only care about money, doesn’t advised you, will make you settle because they don’t want to fight for you. Just horrible practice.
