I just want to THANK Ashley Ezedinma I have been in contact with her for over a month while I was going thru some hard times and trying to get situated to retain the Jones law firm, She has literally gone above and beyond for me and I had not retained the firm yet! She has been super supportive and also responds to me at times she really did not have to, ex: when she was not in office but knew my situation and that I was stressed, she reached out after seeing a text to the office from me. You do not find these kinds of people / customer service anywhere these days. I hired Jones law firm back in June 2020. My initial experience was off to a rocky start to say the least, but April made sure things were fixed and I was taken care of properly. I was able to work with David and Monica through my divorce process and they were such a phenomenal, ethical, high integrity team to be working together with. If anybody says divorce is easy they are lying to you. You can choose your hard but, this was the hard I had to choose to walk away from and through it all David and Monica listen to me they gave me logical advice, they helped me navigate this process that was ongoing for two years and might I say unnecessary to linger that long, no fault of theirs. In the long run they helped me get everything that I deserved, asked for, and more because David’s strategy was TRUTH! It was never manipulation,there was never lies it was factual information. He found things in discovery and beyond that I would’ve overlooked because I was so clouded by the pain of what was happening, it was exhausting. I’m extremely thankful and grateful to this team. I couldn’t have done it without you. Jodie in billing is amazing as well she worked me on several scenarios along with my first initial phone meeting with Emily. They all looked out for my best interest and I’m looking forward to new beginnings.

I’ve had the best experiences with this firm! I’ve only had to call with questions but they always answer them and never cut time short even though most attorneys office do that. Would highly recommend!
