Best 40 minutes I spent. I received my disability in two months. Yes, two months. Viner Disability Law was very professional and caring. I would definitely recommend this firm!

I had been working with another lawyer for months and about two weeks prior to my mediation date, that lawyer moved to a different firm and left me without anyone to represent me. Mary Jo Lowrey took my case in the final hour, quickly learned the details and represented me at mediation. She was very conscientious of her time (aka billing hours) and saw me through to a successful settlement with my former employer. I would highly recommend Mrs. Lowrey for anyone filing an employment claim.

Like most people, when they go to an attorney’s office, I wasn't sure what to expect. Lucky for me, I walked into Lowrey-Parady. Prior to my appointment, I had called several attorneys and they wanted a huge consultation fee. However, this was not the case at this office. They only requested a modest consultation fee and took their time getting all the information I had regarding my potential case. I think the first time I went in, Ms. Lowrey and I spoke for at least 2 hours. She was awesome! I felt like she sincerely cared about everything I had gone through. She was very direct about the merits and faults of my case. She didn’t try to “sell” me on becoming a client by promising me some huge potential settlement. She was also upfront about any and all fees which I might incur should I decided to pursue my case. Later, I had the opportunity to meet with Ms. Parady, as well. I found her to be equally as professional, direct, sincere and caring as her partner. I cannot thank these ladies enough for providing me with the validation for which I was searching. In addition, their staff is also very professional, caring and responsive to any and all question, which I asked. If you are in need of an attorney, you cannot go wrong by choosing to work with Lowrey-Parady. Whether you win or lose your case, you will not be disappointed by this team. Pararady was absolutely the worst attorney I have ever encountered If you read enough about Attorney's you'll find that many are incompetent They commonly make mistakes and are often unethical. My suggestion: never ever take the advice of an attorney about another attorney Often they will recommend attorneys that are on suspension, horrible, or straight out of law school. I had several recommend Sarah Parady. She charged me for the consultation (all the others had free consultation) and told me absolutely nothing that was helpful I already knew everything she told me The company I was suing was large and powerful and more than her resources so she didn't take the case; later I looked back and that was the luckiest moment I had Parady was a total waste of my time and the lawyer that took my case was a good attorney and won. Give her the lowest rating I have read some good ratings of Sarah Parady but it makes me think they are very biased because they often tell contradictory stories For example as many of you already know most attorneys don’t charge consultation fees; the first consultation just helps the attorney decide whether or not they want to take your case The receptionist told me that they charge a consultation fee for a first time visit, but then Sarah takes the case and I get the money back many times I win; instead I was charged a couple hundred dollars and given a mimeographed sheet that offered really useless Suggestions .... suggestions that even the least educated would’ve already followed I can’t remember what they were ... but contrary to what the receptionist said Sarah Parady didn’t take my case after I had paid for a consultation The next Attorney I spoke to won my case but it was a challenging case. Many attorneys only take easy cases. I think many attorneys will take a minute to review your case and take it if they can win it ... or they will charge you upfront if they don’t think they can win I also find it highly unlikely that there would be such a disparency in honest ratings I have no reason to give Sarah Parady one star ⭐️ Except for the reason that my experience was so disappointing; how could others have such a supposedly different experience and say the opposite to what I’ve said ? Family or friends? She might be a good attorney in court I don’t know I haven’t seen a peer review, but I suspect she isn’t or she would’ve taken my keys just from the information I sent her At any rate don’t give her your money unless she is going to actually take your has and has agreed to do this
