I want to say that I have had a positive experience working with Zach Elsner at the Sawaya Law Firm over the past months. From a motor vehicle case that no one wanted to help me with and that was not my fault, Zach was instrumental in obtaining a settlement on my behalf. I am so grateful, and relieved. I have my life back.

Dustin DeBusk and Attorney Michael Douglass-Harris have worked on my case professionally and had been very patient with me. They explained everything step by step and are always willing to answer any questions you have. Mr. Sawaya cares about every client and every case and I really love/ appreciate that someone's cares about you and your family! I love the staff they make you feel like family. Really recommend this law firm to anyone!

Robert Caldwell and Amy Riggs did a wonderful job with everything and made the experience as pleasant as it could have been. They were positive and professional.

I am pleased with the efficiency and timeliness with the communication of Alicia Collins and Clay Harris regarding the case. Both of them showed compassion towards my situation. Both Alicia and Clay are knowledgeable in their fields. This case has taken three years to conclude. The communication in the first two years with a different case manager and lawyer led to some decisions that were not in the best interest of the case.

Overall the experience was OK, I wasn't pleased that my other Attorney left but it made up with Clay Harris and Alicia. I can't thank them enough for all the work they did for me!

At first I really liked this firm. Mr. Sawaya met with me personally, and really made me feel like he cared about me and my case. However, that is where it ended. Yes, I did get a settlement after about 11-months. That I admit...BUT the journey to that point was not a pleasant one. Once I was turned over to someone else (Todd), it went down hill. My son's case (10-years old) was settled quickly and for a reasonable amount, considering his injuries were minimal. Mine case on the other hand, my injuries were more severe and I still have pain! While I realize the pain isn't their fault, and something I will have to live with because I will never be at 100% the experience getting to a settlement was tough. I probably should have continued treatment, but I was so fed up with the whole thing at this point I just wanted it to be over! I could NEVER get a response from Todd. I would send emails, leave voicemails and nothing....no response. This happened month after month. The only feedback and contact I had with him was if I initiated it. Once I actually had to call and leave a voicemail for Mr. Sawaya personally expressing my did-satisfaction with the service I was getting. Of course I never received an email or phone call from him (after my initial meeting with Mr. Sawaya, I never heard from HIM again). I believe at this point he did say something to Todd, because he contacted me within a day or so after the message. Todd treated me like I was just another easy paycheck and my pain and injuries were in my head. They take 33% right off the top (if you DON'T go to a trial...more if you do). This is BEFORE paying any medical, expenses etc. While YES, I understood the 33% going in and agreed to it - I wasn't told (or perhaps didn't understand) that it was before paying anything. They ended up getting 3x what I did, treated me horribly the entire time and I'm the one still living with the pain. I wasn't initially going to write a review, and waited almost 5 months before doing so. The more I thought about it, the more it upset me. These type of attorneys just make me angry! I get it, they are providing a service....but they did LITERALLY NOTHING other than sending out a few form letters, ignored me the entire time and got 3x what I did for my pain and suffering! I'm in the wrong industry!!!

I am a Real Person...A Current Client and I have Experienced Nothing but Professionalism and Concern....They work with Amazing people outside their office. I Loved my Chiropractor, I had No issues with any other treatments or Services. I have Met with Mr. Sawaya himself on a few occasions nothing but Kind Caring and Professional. Thank for all that your firm has done so far...

Very happy with the Sawaya Law Firm, the entire process was pretty easy on my end. No problems at all, everything went smooth and couldn't be happier!

Well first of all if there was an option for 5 more stars this firm would deserve those too for a perfect 10 star rating! I was a sceptic at first because I was running out of patience because on my own I was denied twice. Once I got Sawaya Law Firm in my life things just turned for the better for me. I'm so disabled that I wasn't able to track down my medical records or do any of the foot work. Sawaya Law Firm took care of everything for me. It took close to 3 years but Social Security finally gave me a hearing in front of a reapectleble judge who granted me Disability and gave me back pay for 5 years. Since my Accident life for me has been very hard. I've had a total of 10 operations and I'm still in need of a couple more surgerys. I'm guilty of being impatient and calling Sawayas and blaming them for not getting my court date sped up. Turns out. They have no control of the government you just have to wait your turn for Uncle Sam to be ready to see u in Court. I felt really bad when I Did finally meet my Lawyet before The day before Court. There just ain't no need for them to see you until then. My lawyer's name is Jason. I have to tell you. If you have your life in someone's hands. I recommend you put them in Jason's hands. He's very down to earth. Very Smart, and also a very good Lawyer. He spoke to myJudge in my behalf and was very thorough. So to the people who have no patience like I did and decided to give them a low review. I ask you to reconsider your review and please have patience and take my word that there doing everything possible for you and they have no control of the court Docket. It's a Federal Matter so there dealing with Millions of Claims annually. Please don't give this Firm a bad opinion and have the patience and give them the chance to represent you. I guarantee you will not regret it. They even took my case with no Money down. And only get paid if you win. Social Security will deduct there fee from your settlement automatically. And pay them directly. The Fee was worth every penny. They also helped me qualify for SSI which increased my Monthly Paychecks along with my Disability to a reasonable amount which I will now be able to afford to survive and have a place of my own. After as many Couches and relatives I've had to live with over the years because I wasn't able to work due to my injurys. This is like a second chance at life. And I wouldn't of had this opportunity with out Sawaya Law Firms Help. So Thank You Jason. Thank You Michelle. Michelle is One of the lawyers assistants that was assigned my case. She was wonderful. Thank You Mr and Mrs. Sawaya. And I Love You Sawaya Law Firm. Thanks for giving me my Life back along with the Doctors and Nurses who saved my life from a Horrific Motorcycle Accident!!! I have 149 Screws in my face and skull. 48 plates holding my broken bones together. Basically every bone in my face was broken. I lost my right Eye. I have a titanium Jaw Bone. Lots of Nerve Damage and Constant Chronic Pain. So I will be getting my own place next month and I'm very Grateful. Thank you Lord! Thank You Jason and Michelle!!! Thank You!!!!!🙏😀
