Do not use this law firm my experience with them was absolutely horrific they took 20 percent of my medical rating each check then took the 20 percent of the settlement and the settlement what a disaster each conversation I had with them I had to explain everything that happened and all the medical treatment I was receiving them when the settlement hearing came all that was used was the least sever part of my injury not the disk replacements I had to have or the 3 nerve bundles that were completely destroyed no just my shoulder I have type 1 diabetes and the injury affected my a1c levels I had been taken 26 units a day of insulin after the injury I was put up to 130 units a day the workman's comp Dr stated that my numbers were elevated and continuing to due to the injury.nothing was done about any of the serious injuries and results of getting hurt that I'm still having to deal with today.besides them taking money that was not in the settlement.Beware run away they will not Help You. worst law firm ever

I rate 0 stars, but could not post without selecting 1 star. .....This was the worst experience I had. Been there before and the experience was great. This time the staff on my case did not communicate with me, only way I had communication is if I contact them. The insurance was giving me a low ball settlement so decided to go to litigation. My attorney went on leave and I knew nothing. You would think someone would let me know. I called and spoke with the manager but got no where. The most upsetting part was after three years of litigation the case was even worse than ever. I got the lowest settlement and the attorney received more that me the client and the treatment office (medical). I am the client, I am the one who suffered, my car was totaled, my life was turned around all for me to get practically nothing.

These are people who treat you like a human being. recommended 100%
