Swaya now Wilhite has been a death sentence. I have been lied to manipulated, and let down. I had 5 different case managers on my case. Each one seemed to cause more harm to my files rather than help put them together. I have a prosthetic leg, I was in an accident in 2020 2xs. One was in an Uber & the other a lyft. Both times as a passenger in these accidents. I have lost so much because of the accidents When I spoke to Jordan i was told the truth and respected her honesty she told me Staff has lied to me and that my case is not the only case who has had the ball dropped on them. Things are taking longer she said due to this. With many conversations regarding it going to litigation. i talked to Jordan about a possible decrease in the percentage since my experience has been horrible & they want customer satisfaction. Now that I have a week for the statute of limitations My file is still not together and they are dropping my case.
