Erna and Jono were a great team, they were both attentive and easy to talk to. I hope to never need a lawyer again, but if I do I'll definitely be reaching out to them again!

I am very impressed with their professionalism. I have always heard great things and when I had a matter, I reached out. Although the firm was not able to handle my case, an attorney named Rebecca spoke to me, made me feel important and not like she was to busy to talk, and gave me an excellent referral for an attorney that is helping. I will definitely call again if I ever need an attorney!!

I contacted the Sawaya firm about six years ago,I was amazed,at the ease of the process from beginning to end was great,hence the reason I made referrals as well as returned do to an work injury. This go round was unpleasant to say the least,I was met with sarcasm by not only the Attorney pointed but the Supervisor of the team as well. I expressed my concerns asked to be resigned to another attorney to no avail. I didn't feel as though Sawaya did its due diligence this go round.Very unfortunate as I once had Nothing but great things to say about this Firm prior to this experience. I made mentioned to the attorney that Mr. Sawaya wouldn't be pleased with the way I as a clients was being treated. The attorney stated I'm sure Mr. Sawaya would love to talk with you,but he's retired(sarcasm). Lack of concern, respect, professionalism to say the least my opiniony experience. Perhaps future clients will be treated with the respect deserved,be kept abreast of what's happening with their case,simply professionalism. Being injured, without work is hard enough, feeling as though your attorney could care less just adds insult to jury.

Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. They did it with kindness and efficiency, getting their job done but with empathy towards my situation. I truly appreciate the work they did and the way that they handled my case.

I I truly appreciate the response from Sawaya Law firm. Even they could not help me with my case they referred me to another Law Firm. So that's greatly appreciated and I really appreciate you taking the time to respond to me and the situation I'm going through in a timely matter less than 24 hours you guys are great I gave you a hundred. Received no follow up going on 3 weeks

I used them for my Disability claim and there was no real communication or proper preparation for my trial, and it was denied, and I couldn't even get a explanation, I was told to just read the Denial letter. I also used them on my auto accident, since I was using them already (Disability), and I was told I can only receive $25k for that and they get 33 of that. Not a good situation.
