Gina Baker and Cate mccluer represented me with my disability case.gina was very professional and caring answered all my questions very promptly and honestly.i whole heartedly apriciate her hard work thru this matter.i was approved after five months from filing.i wish I could give Gina a big hug of gratitude but as times are as they are I can only say thank you so very much and God bless you.

I called and had two different issues with a car accident I was recently in. The person who answered the phone was polite, but it seemed to me he wasn't really paying attention to both of my questions. He told me that they wouldn't be able to help me until I had went to court, my main concern wasn't about the accident it self. I had to repeat the the second question and seemed to me that he really didn't put much thought into what my concern was, or if I actually had a case I could have filled.

Does what they say they will do

My 91 yr old grandmother is their client as we speak.. We're actually calling channel 7.. My grandmother broke her hip three years ago and Diane Sawaya is her attorney handling this case.. We were all pleased until recently... A settlement has been reached and now Diane and staff are No where in sight! Today Diane called my grandmother telling her she needed to pay the hospital and Medicaid before she can send out her check. Medicaid actually started taking more out of my grandmother's monthly retirement check because of the hospital stay and bills, If my grandmother needs to pay a bill she will pay it with her settlement, She doesn't need the law firm to pay ANYTHING except their fees. My grandmother asked how much was the check, Diane told her she didn't know. She knows, she thinks she's going to swindle my grandmother's settlement.. My girlfriend who was a client of Diana's years ago told me how Diane settled for an amount, After it was said and done she had little to nothing. She told me how Diane said she had to pay all these different fees and people related to her settlement. My grandmother asked since they we're taking so long sending her check, what would happen to the money if she died? They told her they weren't sure.. A settlement has already been agreed upon, what is the hold up!!! I'm upset because they're trying to take advantage of an elderly woman. Stay away from this firm!

Although they probably will not be taking our case they spent time with us and explained all our options.
