Called for a little advise on a towing incident that left me stranded and furious! They do not handle those types of cases but the lady I spoke to pointed me in the right direction and after all was said and done I got a full refund from the tow truck company! Laughed in their faces after how rude those people were.

It took a while to get ahold of someone but they were nice. The scope of what they cover is more ambulance chaser then anything else.

Great people to work with, I couldn't have made a better choice for what I needed.

I had an interview with The Sawaya Law Firm On January 15th 2020. The intake was with the director of intakes Aurora Perez. She was very professional and helpful. She made me feel at ease immediately. Some of my conditions Include anxiousness Stress vision problems .I will not mention the other reasons due to Privacy. Auroras personality made me feel welcome and relax something there is not easily done for someone who Who is heavily medicated and alone most of the time . She made me feel welcome. She had obviously taken time to review the notes from the initial intake phone call. She was aware I had vision problems. She took the time to read the forms to me as she knew it was hard for me. I am grateful for that . I am not very savvy with technology. I was trying to retrieve some information from my phone but was an able to. Aurora asked if she could try I stayed it yes. At the time we did not realize that it was a problem with my phone. Aurora took the time to ask some of her CO workers for assistance two other coworkers came in and assistant. I Could tell that the coworkers and Aurora had a good working relationship. they were willing to help with a smile. I strongly recommend Sayawaya Law Firm. During the process Aurora stated several times and as I was leaving she handed me her business card and stated Call me anytime if you have any questions Or because you forgot something to tell me .I know that you have memory issues she stated.
