I had a great experience at The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm. They really fought for me. I had a low impact vehicle collision that has caused me severe discomfort and pain in my back for the last three years. I went to a different law firm previous to The Paul Wilkinson Law Firm and they thought that my case wasn't worth pursuing because as they put it, "there isn't enough property damage to your vehicle." Well I was damaged and the previous law firm didn't care, they only cared about making money. My lawyer took the time to understand my injuries and made sure the insurance company for the guy who hit me didn't get away with not compensating me for my medical bills and injury treatment. I would recommend Mrs. Tanner if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to fight for your rights to fair treatment from opposing insurance companies.

Jonathan and Shanna worked with me on my personal injury case with high subrogation for health insurance and minimal auto insurance. They did a fantastic job with handling everything, in fast timely matter as well with keeping me informed. they even called just to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I had several injury's and surgery's. I could not ask for a better out come.

In 2016, I was involved in a car accident. I though I was not going to get the help I needed. I was wrong. Heidi was very helpful. my lawyer finished my case and only managed to pay doctors and a very poor compensation

I was rear ended in a snowstorm in Dec 2013. I had gone to a couple other attorneys that were recommended by people I knew. Unfortunately, those attorneys would never answer my calls back and I felt like I was left out in the cold again. I found the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm with only 6 weeks left before the statute of limitations was up. They dove right into my case without a minute to spare. Before my initial visit was even done, they were well on their way to having the wheels in motion. I had been to 20 doctors as well, so had significant paperwork for them to review. Through all of it, they never once left me hanging, wondering what was going on. They kept in contact with me every single step of the way and supported my decision no matter what. They basically worked a miracle in a short amount of time. When the trial time came around, I felt like I had friends sitting next to me in the court room instead of attorneys. Will and Jennifer went to bat for me and gave me constant support through the entire process. Their persistence won my case with a huge settlement. After the trial was done, they have stayed in contact with me to make sure I'm still doing ok. I'm extremely happy for everything that this firm did for me. I would HIGHLY recommend using them if you are ever in an accident. They truly care about you as a person, not just a client.

Fantastic experience. Came to the Paul Wilkinson Law Firm regarding a subrogation matter with regards to a car accident and my insurance company. They were polite and extremely considerate of my situation. Our first meeting was very straightforward and John was very respectful of my situation. He fully understood the subrogation laws and the issue as it pertained to my situation which left me very confident in their ability to handle my case. After my car accident in December 2017 I was not interested in dealing with insurance on my own, especially right before the holidays. I reached out to other firms and felt like I was not a priority. The day I sat down with Johnathan he made me feel like a priority. They have a personal touch that make someone who is not familiar with legal processes feel comfortable.
