I am so impressed with this company! As a caregiver for my elderly mother, I am responsible for her tax issues. This has been very stressful for me, and I was uncertain about whether she might be eligible for tax settlement and worried about having to spend a lot of money to find out. To my surprise and delight, my initial inquiry call was taken by attorney Tom Conradt who listened carefully and asked questions. He was able to provide guidance about which course was appropriate for Mom's situation. Though I did not end up requiring his firm's services, Tom was kind and so helpful and professional. If I had needed tax settlement services, I would have hired Boxelder Consulting on the spot. THANK YOU so much to Tom and staff for transforming a difficult experience into something manageable.

Tom C. was who called me back from their website and he was honest, concise and very willing to help me from the outset. He actually called me back on a Friday afternoon, and I was shocked! I would highly recommend them!

Tom answered questions that I had in regard to some back taxes and he gave me sound advice over the phone without trying to sell their services. He provided pros and cons for each strategy and left the decision making to me. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommended calling or visiting if you need tax help.

A simple phone call to Tom put my mind at ease and resolved my tax issue literally within hours. I received nothing less then his full attention, professional guidance, and even some educational information! He went above and beyond even on a phone call! If ever a need arises again, I KNOW who I can call, and i definitely recommend others to call here first!

My issue wasn't serious enough to need a tax lawyer, yet instead of just blowing me off he called me on his personal time and gave me excellent advice and knowledge. No hold time and very professional! The gentleman I spoke to was super helpful.

You will waste all most 2 years with this firm..then after that you finally get to talk with your attorney and he will tell you he can not win your case ..I would not recommend this attorneys at all

I called Boxelder Consulting with a few tax questions before deciding if I required a professional tax preparer. Kevan (KD) answered my questions, and was very patient, and informative. He let me know, that in my case, I didn't need professional tax preparation at this time. If I do need tax help in the future, I will call this company first. Thanks KD for being so helpful!
