We originally contracted with Boxelder Consulting to help review our tax debt. We paid them an substantial amount of money to reduce our tax debt and to set up a payment plan with the IRS. After two years all they have accomplished is to set up a payment plan. We have tried reaching out to Tom and his associates over a dozen times. Not only would they not return our calls but they blocked our phone number. We had to call from a different number and use a fake name to even get through to Tom. He was extemely rude and tried to use Covid as an excuse even though this has been ongoing for over 2 years. Tom made it known that they would not negotiate any further nor will they refund any monies. I STRONGLY DO NOT recommend this company unless you have money to just throw away.

I called asking about a simple tax question and they answered my question very professional and he gave me some good information! He seems liked a genuine person and would definitely use their business in the future.

From day one the staff and Mr. McGuire treated us with nothing but respect no question was to big or to small. I really appreciate your patience and getting the job done. Thank you so much.
