Thank you for helping me with my legal process

Truly and utterly the worst. Full stop. If you want your tax documents prepared incorrectly, this is the spot. If you want them to overcharge to correct their mistakes, this is the spot. If you want a place to call an “onboarding fee” a “retainer” and falsely represent their services and fees, this is your spot. If you want a team who provides no guidance or insight and acts as if simple questions is a massive burden that they shouldn’t have to deal with, this is your spot. It is mystifying that this place has any positive reviews given the exorbitant price and piss poor service. Even when proven to be wrong and to have failed in their stated duty that we hired them for, they still had the audacity to charge us MORE. Crazy expensive, terrible service. What’s not to love? UPDATE: lol they have requested this review be removed not for inaccuracy but because "piss poor" is considered profanity. Imagine being 1. offended by the common phrase "piss poor" and 2. using that to justify not addressing their "piss poor" service.

Tom Conrad was a nice guy. Might be helpful for some. Unfortunately I won't be using them. Amount owed is too small.

Filed my 2020 taxes with them, and I was pretty happy. However, in 2021, there was terrible communication and follow-up, resulting in a missed deadline. I was not pleased with how they handled the error.

I called and spoke with Tom. He was great! The amount of money that is involved he told me it was not worth his services but gave me amazing advice on what I should do without charging me anything! He is a real honest person who isn't looking to take everyones money but give you the best advice. I will personally use him if I ever really need it!

I called on several referred tax lawyers/CPA’s. After being quoted $600 an hour also an estimated overall price of $10,000 with an 8 to 12 months. Tom directed me to a consultative meeting over the phone. Didn’t even charge me and gave me the tax forms to complete and A plan of action moving forward. I can’t say enough to compliment. Being in business for myself I appreciate integrity and honesty and the willingness to help people and educate them in a conversation.

Spoke to Thomas over the phone for a consultation. He was so friendly and helpful. He made it a point to call out some items that would help us in filling our taxes just during the initial call. I definitely felt like he had our best interest in mind during just those quick 15 minutes or so. I would definitely recommend them to someone with more complex taxes.
