Alex is an incredible attorney. I have been fighting my ex-wife for 16 years and was never able to get the visitations that I was supposed to have. In 2014 I hired Mr. Musz to represent me in a post divorce situation where I was requesting a modification in parenting time. He was not responsive to my emails and didn't keep me updated on the status of the case. He was not aggressive in pursuing resolution out of court and was completely unprepared for our court appearance. His performance in court was nothing short of embarrassing. The judge walked all over him. After losing the case, he didn't follow up with me once to explain possible next steps. It was very difficult to get him the remainder of my retainer returned to me.
