I learned about Danny Luneau from these reviews and hired him to represent me in a case that I was wrongly accused. We went to court today, and I was petrified of the outcome because I was involved in a verbal altercation. The so-called victim and witness lied to the police. They also omitted details that would not have gotten me charged. Therefore, I had to prove to Danny what really happened, and he had to prove to the district attorney what really happened. After two court dates and assertion from Danny I received a deferred judgement and dismissal without prejudice! I cannot thank Danny enough. (Thanks, Danny!) Danny Luneau is an absolutely amazing lawyer. In March of 2019, I was charged with a DUI. Not knowing what to do. I spoke with a couple friends who recommended "Danny Luneau" with Fife Luneau Attorneys at Law. I quickly called and left a message for Mr. Luneau. Danny Luneau returned my called and I advised him of my situation. I asked if I could speak with him in person to answer several questions about my case and to get his honest opinion. I met with Danny and gave him a break down of my past. I was very concerned not only for the DUI but that I had a long career in a certain specialty. I was definitely upset I had made this mistake. Danny advised me he could help and not to worry. I decided to have Danny represent me. We started the court process. During this time Mr. Charles "Charlie" Fife assisted with my DMV hearing. Other than providing Danny with certain documents and doing what he told me to do. Danny handled my case exactly how I wanted it. Ultimately the DUI was dropped down to a DWAI. I was given probation and all the extras that come with it. But lets face the truth, I made a mistake and with out Mr. Luneau it could have been way worse. Now when you go through some thing like this it is definitely stressful. I have to say, anytime I had a question or felt stressed out. Danny was right there the whole time and always returned my calls. For that I have the up most respect for Danny and Mr. Charlie Fife. Best decision I ever made was switching lawyers to Charlie Fife. I was referred to Charlie by a close friend after hearing my concerns about my existing lawyer. I was charged with a DUI, and although my current lawyer was doing a pretty good job, I didn't want to face a DUI Charge on my record for life, and felt this was likely, with my existing council. I switched to Charlie and after thorough review of my case and time spent with the DA, including appearing in court with me and on my behalf 5 times, he was able to get a Deferred Judgement and Sentence! We were prepared to go to court, but didn't have to. I feel that I've been given another chance. This Deferred Judgement was so very important to my family and I because, if convicted, the charge would follow me around for the rest of my life, affecting my career path and future reputation, especially given how common online criminal background checks are. Furthermore, the money I will now save on insurance and fees alone; the attorney fee will have paid for itself. Highly recommend this attorney or someone in his office.

I got arrested for a DUI and blew a 0.105. I thought I was definitely going to get charged with a DWAI in a plea bargain, but through Charlie Fife's connections he found that the arresting officer was no longer in the state and he was able to get the case dismissed which I am so grateful for. Calm & Cool Operator with a Shrewd Demeanor. Represented My Family Well! I received a referral from LegalShield to Mr. Noyes to assist in a family members bankruptcy in which I had an interest in the estate's assets. Mr. Noyes never overpromised me any outcome but discussed with me what he felt were my best options based on the facts. What I liked right away was his very straight-forward and direct demeanor. He would listen to me discuss my frustrations then would give excellent counsel. There were a lot of other lawyers involved in this so I needed someone who I felt wouldn't give concessions for my interest, but represent me well. As it turned out, we had to file a lawsuit against the estate, which was the last resort. Mike advised us how the process might play out, so we were building a good gameplan while still jockeying for our interests. When the dust settled we gave a little and got what we wanted. I didn't need someone who was going to give me the play-by-play every week, just give me the pertinent information when it was relevant. I got exactly what I wanted, the facts and counsel.
