Hired kevin to handle a very serious case after being very concerned about the direction my first attourney on the matter was trying to go with my defense. Kevin was very honest from the beginning about my case, my prospects and about what his strategy would be going forward. Kevin did some work for me recently and did an amazing job! I called him on short notice but he immediately started helping me with my situation. He did extensive work before my court appearance and then when we got to court spoke for me and did an amazing job to get me the best outcome possible!! He was on time and courteous. Kevin was fantastic as far as dealing with a DUI is concerned. I started the process confused, worried and assuming the worst, I knew the odds of what I was dealing with and had mentally prepared myself for all the misery involved. With Kevin’s help we managed to plead me down to DWI (which considering the BAC the DA was arguing with I assumed was an impossibility) and I was able to keep my liscence and avoid jail time (again I assumed that’s what was happening). All in the process sucks and I didn’t get off the hook scot-free but because of Kevin I think things worked out the best they could have and definitely better than I’d hoped.
