What a great experience !! Professional, compassionate and a text book knowledge of the law. I would and have recommended this firm to many of my friends and family for their legal needs.

Mr. Luneau took on my DUI case and got me the best results that were possible. He was affordable and keeps in contact with you with everything throughout the case. This was my second offense and was concerned about jail time and being able to keep my job. He worked really well with the judge and in explaining my work/life situations. He got me in home detention which let me still go to work and maintain my job through all of this. He also got me the minimal sentencing on community service and things of that nature. I used to think attorneys were kind of a waste of money in cases like these, but after seeing everything he did for me, I have a whole new opinion. I would recommend him for any defense cases, and will be recommending him to anyone I come in contact with.

Mr Luneau did the impossible. I had a very difficult case to prove my innocence. Danny obtained a not guilty verdict in my case. I have dealt with many lawyers over the years, and I say Danny is one of the best legal minds I have ever met. He is compassionate, non judgmental and never gave up. This is the lawyer you want. My one friend told me about him, she said he's the only honest and smart lawyer in Denver. He does a GREAT job and he's not afraid to get up and fight for you in court. warning: The secretary or whoever will totally try and switch you to the old lawyer with white hair. Do NOT settle for the old guy, you want THIS guy, this lawyer is named Danny and he is young with dark hair. THIS guy is the guy who wins, he won two trials and one dmv thing, I am so grateful and so are my two friends he represented also. Thank you Danny Luneau, you are the best lawyer and you ROCK!!!

This is the law firm you hire if you need to get out of trouble. Not the cheapest but certainly the best. My DUI case was dismissed. Highly recommend this firm.

Tenacious, formidable and prepared are 3 words that describe Mr Luneau! When he sees injustice he doesn't stop until he subpoenas every possible resource that could vindicate his client. His cross examining skills are refined and quite savvy. He is able to get police officer to say exactly what he needs to strengthen his case! In my instance, the cop didn't even show up to trial. Blatantly retreating to Florida and calling the DA the morning of the trial to say she wasn't coming. Wow! Judge dismissed. Danny was victorious once again! I'm so thankful that I chose for my attorney.
