He was communicative and reassuring throughout the entire process and helped me navigate the murky legal waters during a stressful time in my life. Kevin was fantastic as far as dealing with a DUI is concerned. I started the process confused, worried and assuming the worst, I knew the odds of what I was dealing with and had mentally prepared myself for all the misery involved. With Kevin’s help we managed to plead me down to DWI (which considering the BAC the DA was arguing with I assumed was an impossibility) and I was able to keep my liscence and avoid jail time (again I assumed that’s what was happening). All in the process sucks and I didn’t get off the hook scot-free but because of Kevin I think things worked out the best they could have and definitely better than I’d hoped.

I cannot say enough positive things about Kevin Cahill. He was an awesome attorney who handled my case very well. He was patient throughout the case as well. Kevin is a top-notch attorney. Kevin Cahill is knowledgeable and forthcoming. He will tell you exactly where one stands with their case. There is no 'hidden' fees. In our case he came in under my anticipated costs. He cares about his clients personally. His reviews are exactly what we found him to be in person. IE, exceeding his clients' expectations and always available to his clients, even if it meant returning a call after his office was closed. It is easy to see why he is rated as high as one can be with the Colorado Bar Assoc., and even the Denver BBB. Allegations against me were very serious and heavy! Since, Im an immigrant and in a process of getting my "papers" i had to be sure that my lawyer would do more than just defense. In the midst of my child custody proceedings my ex accused me of assaulting him in front of our daughter. When the police came they arrested me because the law mandates arrests in domestic violence allegations even though my ex lied. I spent 30 hours in jail. I needed a lawyer fast, I called the firm on Monday 6pm; was planning on leaving a voicemail and see if I could get a call back on Tuesday morning. However, Kevin Cahill picked up the call to my surprise. I explained some points over the phone and Kevin agreed to meet with me in person at 6.30pm in his office. After meeting Kevin Cahill; discussing my case and going over my evidence, I decided to retain Kevin Cahill's service and representation. Recently moved to Denver, hadn't driven in many years, and managed to rack up 2 speeding tickets within a 2 week period. I spoke with a few different attorneys, some referred and some found on the Google. What stood out about Kevin: 1. His fees are very reasonable compared to all the other attorneys I had contact with. 2. When he spoke with me, he was extremely friendly, didn't make it sound like he was doing me a favor, and when I called twice because I was still deciding, he took my call, answered my questions, again, and told me he'd be available should I request his representation. 3. Some attorneys told me to go ahead and sign up for a defensive driving course to demonstrate a willingness to address issues. Now, I was totally willing to do that, but the courses are expensive and I didn't want to pay for one, unless I had to. Kevin was the only person who recommended I hold out until he had spoken with the city/state's attorney. That saved me a LOT of money. 4. Kevin was proactive in figuring out an earlier date for appearance, kept me updated through text messages, and sent me information on the disposition as soon as it was available. AND, I didn't need to show up for court - which may have been the case with some other attorneys, except for the fact that speaking with them did NOT give me a sense of confidence about them. So thanks, Kevin! The goal should always be to NOT get tickets, but if you do, then you certainly want someone like Kevin who can take the wheel, negotiate a reasonable fine and lower the point penalty (though that is always contingent on your record). Would DEFINITELY recommend him.

Kevin is absolutely superb. He is honest, hard working, incredibly knowledgeable, and was very quick to respond to any of my questions. The outcome of my case seemed pretty obvious, however Kevin was able to negotiate it to a lesser charge. I wouldn't hesitate to have him represent me again.
