Eric Kibel was very professional and responsive throughout this process and ultimately helped my agency arrive at a settlement. He deserves 5 stars. On the other hand, the accounting department at Robinson & Henry needs some emotional intelligence training and are very off putting despite my diligence at paying all my bills in a timely manner. They get big zero! My star rating is therefore a cumulative score of the two!

My consultation with David Hannum was worth every penny that I paid. I spent the first few minutes describing my situation regarding my dental care. David proved to be an excellent listener. He then spent the next few minutes describing my legal options in terms that I could easily understand. David then answered all the questions that I had and helped me decide on a path that I could take to resolve my legal issue. As a final step he laid out the individual steps that I should take and the order that I should take them.
