I paid a $2500 retainer for 4 phone calls, several emails and a 30 minute zoom call with the judge. My attorney was scolded by the magistrate and was a rookie at best when it came time for counsel. I received $70 refund on the retainer. I will never use this firm again.. might at well call Steinburg for rates like this. Very unsatisfied

WORST LAW FIRM!! EDIT: Patrick Kenney who works for Robinson and Henry in Denver was my attorney Terrible experience with this firm. The Jr attorney who handled my case called me from his car and we were disconnected several times (all of which I was billed for) He called me and emailed unnecessarily on several occasions just to be able to bill me. Then I get added fees for court costs and an added 1k in fees in total!!! You e file with the courts and still charge for postage?? Seems like a rip off to me. Tried to speak with accounting, can’t hear a word he is saying, I ask him three times to speak up. Asked what the additional court fees were for and got the run around. Ask him about being over charged court fees. He can’t help. he said I need to send in copies highlighted with what I think is wrong and they will get back to me. So it will drag on and I will be charged late fees? I understand attorneys are expensive but this is out right taking advantage of people. And if that wasn’t bad enough as soon as the case was over the laywer asked for 5 star review. There are far better lawyers with more reasonable pricing. Think twice before hiring this firm.
