Jay is a wonderful person, and lawyer. He's always willing to help all and cares deeply about clients' happiness, and well being. When we meet to discuss the case, I find Jay to be smiling as always, welcoming questions, good vibe, positive energy, and non-judgemental. That's really make me comfortable with myself as a gay male, because It's hard to find LGBT friendly and understanding lawyer you can trust, but Jay is such a perfect lawyer that you can trust. Due to his personality, and professionalism, Jay became one of my role model to look up to.
